Welcome to Bana’s Place! If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you’ve come to the right spot. Nestled in the serene Smoky Mountains, in the Wears Valley and Waldens Creek area, you can experience the breathtaking beauty of nature firsthand as it creates a stunning landscape by the water.
This charming two-bedroom cottage features a mountain stream right at your back door, offering a cozy retreat that feels like a home away from home. Enjoy your stay in this peaceful and tranquil environment!
Located just a few short miles from Pigeon Forge and the area’s attractions, this one level cottage, with two queen bedrooms and a game area, will guarantee hours of family fun and friendly competition, Bana’s Place is the perfect getaway for your family!
As you cross the, no steps threshold, you will enter into the living room, with a cozy sitting area and a big screen TV.
Around the corner is the first bedroom with a queen size bed. Outside the bedroom is the first bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower/tub combo.
Around the next corner you enter into the kitchen and dining area with seating for four.
Off from the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king size bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and corner, walk-in shower.
Step out of the dining area through the glass panel door and gather in the garage area, for indoor entertainment. The area is equipped with a flat screen TV, pool table, foosball table, and air hockey table. The washer and dryer are in this area too.
Back to the living area, you can step on the back patio and unwind on the back patio after grilling a juicy steak on the grill (located in front of the home) for dinner, or enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the soothing sounds of the nearby stream.
Step off the back patio and don’t forget to take the roasting sticks, chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers—these are perfect for making S’mores and sharing laughter around the fire pit. You can also grab the corn-hole game and bean bags from the garage area and set up here too!

It was located nicely in the county while access to town was fast and easy. This would be a nice place to revisit. Next time I would pick up some wood for the fire pit!

"The house is not large but it's comfortable for a family of 4. While it's true that there's no cell service the Wi-Fi works great. The hot tub and fire pit were nice, we all loved the game room. Beds were comfy. The hot water in the master bath is wonky but once you figure it out, it works perfectly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
