Seaside Sunrise is on the first floor. Only one small set of stairs and no need for elevators.

**Each vehicle will be required to pay a $20 gate fee at the time of check-in. ** Limit of two (2) vehicles.

From the private balcony, you will enjoy the beautiful ocean view!! Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, or relax in the evening, listening to the waves, after a day at the beach, or enjoying all the activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer!

For your time indoors, the condo has just recently been renovated and re-decorated.

The living area offers a family sitting area, dining space, SmartTV, and the sofa converts to a sleeper sofa.

The kitchen has all the appliances of the home including both a coffeemaker and a Keurig.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a wall-mounted SmartTV.

The open hallway has a built-in sleeping area with twin bunk beds.

The Popularity of The Myrtle Beach Resort during biker weeks has necessitated the implementation of a few policies created to accommodate our guests more comfortably.

Motorized vehicles are limited to two (2) per unit.

Trailer size is limited to 18 feet. Should you be utilizing a larger trailer, please make arrangements for off-site parking.

Recreational vehicles and commercial trucks and buses can no longer be accommodated.

A. Recreational vehicles are defined as pull-behind or self-propelled campers that provide living space. There's simply no room during these busy weeks.

B. A commercial truck is defined as anything other than the standard sport utility vehicle or pickup truck whose primary usage is transporting passengers.

C. Busses include any vehicle that provides seating for more than eight or whose utility is more closely related to a self-propelled vehicle with living space.

Parking charges for each motorcycle are free and each trailer is $100.00.
