Oasis #7 is located in a small gated community in Daytona Beach, FL. Located a short 2-minute walk from the beach. Oasis #7 is a spacious 1st floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 4, with a small patio off the living room.
Enjoy the comfortable, cozy living room area for a small family or two couples with cable TV and Wi-Fi.
In the kitchen, you will find almost everything you need for cooking a quick family meal: a variety of dishes, silverware, dinnerware, pot, pans, and basic small appliances. You also have a dining area that will seat 4.
The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, TV, and a walk-in shower.
The complex offers seasonal swimming in the shared unheated pool. Swimming is usually between the months of May-October, however, depending on the weather, the pool may be open longer.
There is a coin-operated laundry facility inside the community, where you can wash your clothes and beach towels if needed.
Each unit has one designated parking spot located outside of the gate, near the unit. If you have a second vehicle, you will need to park in spaces marked for guest parking. There is a two-vehicle limit.
Oasis #7 is located behind Congo River Mini Golf, if you want to enjoy a few rounds with your family and friends after a long day on the beach. You are also walking distance to Dollar General and a short distance from a grocery store.
The beach is about a 2-minute walk from the condo! The beach access ramps are the only way you can access the beach; Oasis #7 has a pedestrian ramp to access the beach across the street!
Daytona Beach is one of the few beaches where you are allowed to drive onto the beach. There are designated parking locations on the beach, but please note, parking is not free! You will need to use one of the vehicle access ramps if you choose to drive on the beach.
The sunrise is a must-see while visiting Oasis #7; it is breathtaking!
Oasis #21 is directly above this unit if you need more space. Oasis #18 is in a different building, but still within the Oasis complex.

"Our stay was great!! Location is perfect as it’s literally across the street from the beach. There’s also a putt putt place next door which was fun. Local diner within walking distance and food was good. Other restaurants were within 5-10 min drive so was no problem. The home was very clean and bed was comfy. If I had to be nit picky, sure I’d have a complaint but this place was definitely worth the price. Private and spacious back patio area which was perfect. Nice neighbors too. Check in was easy and lots of communication as to what to expect. I’d definitely stay here again. "
