Oasis #21 is located in a small gated community in Daytona Beach Shores, FL. Located a short 2-minute walk from the beach. Oasis # 21 is a spacious 2nd floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 4, with a small patio off the living room.
One bedroom has a king-size bed and a TV.
The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a TV.
One bathroom has a shower/tub combo, the other has a walk-in shower.
Enjoy the comfortable, cozy living room area for a small family or two couples with cable TV and Wi-Fi.
In the kitchen, you will find almost everything you need for cooking a quick family meal: a variety of dishes, silverware, dinnerware, pot, pans, and basic small appliances. You also have a dining area that will seat 4.
The complex offers seasonal swimming in the shared unheated pool. Swimming is usually between the months of May-October, however, depending on the weather, the pool may be open longer.
There is a coin-operated laundry facility inside the community, where you can wash your clothes and beach towels if needed.
Each unit has one designated parking spot located outside of the gate, near the unit. If you have a second vehicle, you will need to park in spaces marked for guest parking. There is a two-vehicle limit.
Oasis #21 is located behind Congo River Mini Golf, if you want to enjoy a few rounds with your family and friends after a long day on the beach. You are also walking distance to Dollar General and a short distance from a grocery store.
The beach is about a 2-minute walk from the condo! The beach access ramps are the only way you can access the beach; Oasis #21 has a pedestrian ramp to access the beach across the street!
Daytona Beach is one of the few beaches where you are allowed to drive onto the beach. There are designated parking locations on the beach, but please note, parking is not free! You will need to use one of the vehicle access ramps if you choose to drive on the beach.
The sunrise is a must-see while visiting Oasis #21; it is breathtaking!
Oasis #7 is directly below this unit if you need more space. Oasis #18 is in a different building, but still within the Oasis complex.

"Overall, great stay at Oasis 21 in Daytona! We were visiting for the Daytona races, which was an Uber ride away, but also got to enjoy the beach right across the street! I would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Found the place easily. The location was close to a grocery store, restaurants, the beach and had its own shared pool with the complex. I would recommend the location to anyone that needs a place in Daytona Beach. They responded to messages with in minutes, even when I was saying how great the place was. We had no issues during our stay"
