Magnolia Place is a perfect coastal getaway for golfers, families, and friends!
Enjoy your morning coffee or dinner after a long day, on the private balcony, off the living area, that overlooks one of the community swimming pools.
Grab a quick, energizing breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, offering a Kuerig and most major appliances, before heading out for the day. The kitchen is an open floor plan with a dining area and breakfast bar.
After a long day golfing, shopping, lounging by one of the 3 pools, or collecting sea shells on the beach, kick back for the night in the open, airy, living room for a movie night, sip your favorite beverage on the covered patio as the sun goes down, make use of the available Wi-Fi to share all your pictures from the day to your social media!
Settle in for the night and end your eventful days in one of the two king-size bedrooms, located on opposite ends of the condominium for privacy. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and TV as well.
Need a break from the beach? Grab your, sunglasses, sunscreen, and beach towel and head down to one of the community pools, bask in the sun, or book your tee time at one of the nearby golf courses.
Don’t want to go out for a steak dinner or burger? Stop by the local grocery ahead of time, head down to the shared picnic area, and fire up one of the gas grills.
Magnolia Place is conveniently located close to all the area's attractions! The majority of the time, you are never more than 2-5 minutes from the beach, dining, Broadway At The Beach, outlet malls, the Convention Center, the airport, all the Myrtle Beach sports venues, such as Cal Ripken, and so much more, that we can’t mention them all!
***Parking Restrictions***
*There is a two-vehicle maximum.
*No motorcycles, boats, trailers, campers, RV’s, scooters, jet skis, buses, golf carts, or any recreational vehicles are not allowed on the property at any time.
*Any violation of the above listed, will be towed at the guest's expense.

**We cannot guarantee that all amenities, such as the swimming pools will be open (seasonal) and available during your stay. The HOA operates them

**Magnolia Place is a third-floor unit that is accessed by stairs. There is no elevator. **
